• Onsite co-ordination on the day of the event. But that will be morning of the event and evening during collection.

• Idea conceptualization. – through consultation with the client, we offer creative presentations to precise execution.

• Budgetary planning – this will be to do an efficient costing that will stipulate the costs needs for the entire event success.
• Developing the event’s strategic plan that will offer timelines that will ensure little or no rush at the end.
• Décor Services, including planning and co-ordination.
• Scouting of choice venues.
• Vendor selection and co-ordination with them to ensure smooth operations.
• Pre-site visit & entire event management.
• On site co-ordination on the day of the event. – unlimited contact time, we shall be the first to arrive and the last to leave.

• Provision of entertainment packages. Includes an MC, DJ & PA, generator.
• Care hire services. Hourly car service rate and the entire day rate.
• Food provision – catering and cake services.
• Floral services – for the venue, bridal team, boutonnieres and the car flower decorations, walkway petals.
• Invitation card & program cards. This will include the design and printing of the card.
• Complementary photoshoot for the couple that will be used to be placed on the photobooth provided for the day.
